Appointments

Appointments run in 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes. They are provided exclusively by Michaela, so please bare that in mind when booking multiple treatments. They will have to be performed one after another one.

The first time you come to your appointment, there will be a consultation form to be filled with a brief medical history to make sure that the treatment will be safe and effective for you.

During your treatment, you will be asked to undress certain areas, but your underwear must stay on at all times. You can bring a pair of loose shorts if you prefer, but there is a proper draping with a towel or blanket to ensure your dignity is maintained.

CANCELATION POLICY AND LATE ARRIVALS:

By booking an appointment with MC Massage Therapies, you are automatically agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

There will be a cancelation fee for any massage sessions not cancelled within 24 hrs.  Full cost of appointment  for no show/no calls will be charged. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, this will be handled at the therapist’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

If you are late, the time of the appointment will end at the scheduled time, meaning that your session will unfortunately be shorter for that day as presumably there will be other people booked after your appointment.  If there is a flexible schedule that day, the full time may be given at the therapist’s discretion.
